This Fossil Otodus Shark Tooth in Matrix is an excellent specimen of Otodus obliquus, the species that gave rise to most, if not all of the mega toothed sharks. This is a high quality specimen without restoration or repair. The matrix is original - this Otodus shark tooth was not placed here like so many of the fossils from Morocco. The tooth fossilized in this actual material. Great color and preservation! Awesome looking, too. The matrix stands on end for a spectacular looking display piece.
