Shark Teeth - Megalodon, Great White, Mako, Auriculatus, Angustidens, and more

Last post Lowcountry Geologic added many new items to the site, and we promised another post this week. This post, however, we are getting back to basics with some shark teeth, including some incredible megalodon and mako teeth from South Carolina. We hope you enjoy the new additions

New additions to our Fossil Shark Teeth catalog:

  • Alopias grandis1 Giant Thresher Shark Tooth- Alopias grandis from Charleston County South Carolina
  • Carcharhinus obscuras4 Dusky Shark Tooth - Carcharhinus obscuras. 2 from Ridgeville, South Carolina and 2 from Aurora, North Carolina
  • Colorful megalodon tooth7 Carcharocles megalodon, Giant white shark teeth. 3 colorful megs from Summerville, South Carolina, 2 from Bone Valley Florida (including one pathologic megalodon!), and 2 from South Carolina rivers.
